GCC Energy approaches corporate and commercial relationships with an emphasis on transparent identification, appropriate documentation, counterparty diligence and transaction controls. This page sets out our approach in the structure banks and professional counterparties typically require for their own due diligence.
GCC Energy applies a risk-based approach to anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing controls, proportionate to its activity as a proprietary investment and trading company. In practice this means: counterparties are identified before a commercial relationship is entered into; identification information is retained for the duration of the relationship and for an appropriate period afterward; and transactions are reviewed for consistency with the counterparty's known profile and the stated commercial rationale. These controls are applied by the company's Manager, with external professional advisers engaged for transaction-specific or higher-risk matters.
Prospective counterparties are screened against applicable sanctions lists (including UAE and relevant international designations) and assessed for politically exposed person (PEP) status before a commercial relationship is established. Screening is repeated periodically for ongoing relationships and on any material change to a counterparty's ownership or control. Where a match or a credible partial match is identified, the relationship is not progressed until the matter is resolved, including, where appropriate, with external legal advice.
GCC Energy documents the commercial or transactional origin of funds involved in its activities, consistent with the nature and value of each transaction. For higher-value or higher-risk engagements, counterparties may be asked to provide supporting evidence of source of funds or source of wealth as part of onboarding.
Relevant counterparties are subject to identification, sanctions screening, beneficial ownership review, commercial due diligence and transaction-specific documentation, as appropriate to the relationship and applicable requirements.
Transactions are evaluated for commercial substance, contractual clarity, authority, payment mechanics, delivery terms, counterparties and material risks. No transaction is presented on this website as guaranteed, risk-free or assured to produce a particular return.
This website does not solicit deposits, subscriptions, investments or capital contributions from the public. GCC Energy's public website should not be interpreted as an invitation to participate in an investment fund or pooled investment scheme.
GCC Energy does not make a general public representation that it provides regulated financial services. Where a contemplated activity requires authorisation, the relevant regulatory position and structure must be established before the activity is undertaken.
Banks, professional advisers and counterparties requiring corporate or compliance documentation, including incorporation documents, licence copies, UBO declarations, or financial statements, may request them via office@gcc-energy.com. Documents are shared through a secure, access-controlled channel (for example a password-protected data room or encrypted transfer) agreed with the requesting party rather than sent as unprotected email attachments. Please identify your institution and the purpose of the request in your first message so it can be routed correctly.
Concerns relating to a transaction, a counterparty, or the company's conduct can be raised at office@gcc-energy.com. Reports are handled by the Manager and, where appropriate, escalated to external legal or compliance advisers.
Banks, professional advisers and counterparties requiring corporate documentation may contact office@gcc-energy.com. Corporate documents are provided through appropriate due-diligence channels rather than published publicly on this website.
