Matthias Pascal Blaul
Matthias Pascal Blaul is the registered Manager of GCC ENERGY FZC LLC and the company's principal point of accountability. As Manager, he holds signing authority for the company under its constitutional documents and is the primary contact for banks, regulators and counterparties conducting due diligence on the company.
Material decisions, including entry into transactions, opening or operating bank accounts, and engagement of counterparties, require the authorisation of the Manager in accordance with the company's constitutional documents. Documentary evidence of signing authority (licence, constitutional documents, and any applicable power of attorney) is available to banks and counterparties through the document request process described on the Compliance page.
GCC Energy maintains beneficial ownership records in accordance with applicable UAE free-zone requirements. Beneficial ownership information is not published on this website but is made available to banks, regulators and counterparties through appropriate due-diligence channels, consistent with standard KYC practice.
